Korfe is registered in Oregon. I operate korfe.org and related services — a marketing consultancy and product studio providing Strategies, Labs, and Industries services, along with a newsletter and contact functionality.

1. My Services

My services are not tailored to HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA compliance and are not intended for use in violation of applicable law.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

I own all source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photos, graphics, trademarks, and logos associated with my services. I grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Representations

You must be 18 or older to use my services. No bots, scripts, or automated access. No illegal use.

4. User Registration

Keep your credentials confidential. I may reclaim inappropriate usernames.

5. Prohibited Activities

No scraping, impersonation, spamming, reverse engineering, unauthorized automation, or use of my services to build a competing product.

6. Service Management

I reserve the right to monitor, restrict, and remove content at my discretion.

7. Privacy Policy

My Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these terms. My services are hosted in the United States.

8. Term and Termination

I may terminate your access at any time without notice.

9. Modifications and Interruptions

I may change or discontinue my services at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

State of Oregon.

11. Dispute Resolution

Informal negotiation (30 days) followed by binding arbitration under AAA rules in Multnomah County, Oregon. No class actions.

12. Disclaimer

Services are provided AS-IS. I make no warranties, express or implied.

13. Limitations of Liability

I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages. My liability is capped at $100 USD.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify me against third-party claims arising from your use of my services.

15. Your Data

You are responsible for your own data. I am not liable for any data loss you experience.

16. Electronic Communications

Electronic agreements and communications are binding.

17. Miscellaneous

These terms constitute the entire agreement between us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. No joint venture is created by these terms.
